1. Informational Workshop: This workshop is purely an informational workshop and does not have any medical implications. The information provided in this workshop is for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as medical or professional advice.

2. Participant Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for any decisions you make as a result of participating in this workshop. Rules of Three and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives are not responsible or liable for any decision you make or any action you take as a result of participating in this workshop.

3. Use of Artwork: You acknowledge and agree that all artwork produced by you during this workshop may be used by Rules of Three for marketing purposes. You hereby grant Rules of Three a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the artwork in any medium now known or developed in the future, for an indefinite period, for marketing and advertising purposes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel your registration for this workshop, you must do so at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. Rules of Three reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop at any time and in such cases will issue a full refund.

5. Liability: You acknowledge and agree that Rules of Three and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in this workshop, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data loss, or use loss.

6. Choice of Law: This agreement shall be governed by the law of the state of Berlin and shall be construed accordingly.

7. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Rules of Three with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.

8. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended by Rules of Three at any time by posting an updated version on the Rules of Three website.
