The Rules of Three story.
Who are we?
Rules of Three is a forward-thinking initiative founded by artist Henri Asmar and co-founder Satyaki Yadav. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations with the skills necessary to overcome modern-day challenges and uncertainty through the transformative power of painting.
We believe that painting improves thinking, and thinking improves humans. Our expert team provides tailored workshops that promote self-reflection, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Join us in our mission to unlock human potential and enhance decision-making capabilities. We are excited to share with you the benefits of our method, in direct application for private and business adaptations.
The foundation:
Henri Asmar
Henri Asmar is a Lebanese architect and artist who graduated from the American University of Beirut in 2017 with work specialization and interest in experience design, dance club architecture, and stage/venue design. He later pursued his education in Berlin, Germany, and received a master’s degree in Innovation Design Management from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in 2021. Currently based in Berlin, Henri is exploring innovative ways he can express and share his art, with Rules of Three being the fruit of his years of academic and professional experience.
Satyaki Yadav
Satyaki relocated to Germany in 2013 to learn German and pursued Aviation Management at the International University of Bad Honnef between 2014 and 2017. He gained his first practical experience at Brussels Airlines and became passionate about Berlin's start-up scene towards the end of his studies. After moving to Berlin in 2017, Satyaki has held various roles in marketing, product development, and business development in both early-stage start-ups like roomovo and prominent tech companies like Wayfair. These experiences equipped him with valuable skills and knowledge to pursue his dream of establishing his own company.
In October 2022, Satyaki met Henri during their Master's program and recognized their exceptional collaborative abilities. They decided to join forces and founded Rules of Three, leveraging their skills and experiences to embark on a new entrepreneurial venture.
The Rules of Three timeline:
2022
Rules of Three sets foundations.
At the end of the Master's program, Henri created a mindfulness and emotional intelligence framework in his thesis and Satyaki wrote about improving processes within organizations. The two decided to create something by combining their findings.
2022 - 2023
Rules of Three starts developing its offering.
Initially meeting at coffee shops, Henri and Satyaki brainstormed and ideated to create our method which is now the core of all activities that Rules of Three does. At the end of 2022, Rules of Three moved into their new studio space in Neukölln.
2023 - ∞
Rules of Three launches to the public.
After converting the method into their initial offering, the workshops, Rules of Three rigorously tested the workshops on friends and strangers to make sure that there are no loose ends in the process. Once Henri and Satyaki knew they had a ready product, the workshops were offered to the public.
